No Entry Tank Desludging

TFS can offer contracted No Entry Tank desludging service that is tailored to suit the client.

Using innovative no entry cannon technology developed in house, TFS are able to clean heavy hydrocarbon deposits and desludging bulk storage tanks. The Mastir Cannon or Live Mastir Cannons are equidistantly spaced around the bottom shell of a bulk storage tank and piped to a high flow pump.

The no entry tank desludging process is “closed loop”, this means that the media, used for cleaning the tank, runs in closed circuits from the tank through circulation pumps and back again to the tank under pressure through the cannon nozzle, this operation shears the sludge, re-homogenising and re-suspending the hydrocarbons while simultaneously separating inorganics and water.
